The Petros president – pension fund of Petrobrás employees’ -, Wagner Pinheiro, said on this Wednesday that the foundation evaluates to enter in the investment of the train-candy, that will tie Rio and São Paulo. According to him, it is not discarded an eventual help of the National Bank of Economical and Social Development (BNDES).
– It’s right BNDES will approve the project. They are making studies and we already had an encounter in the bank, of which they also announced other investors – he said.

According to him, still in the month of October, a commission of BNDES will visit Petros to give more details on the project of the High speed train.

Pinheiro, that participates in the 30th Brazilian Congress of Fund of Pension, said that Petros is also studying participations in the plants of Jirau and Beautiful Monte. To enter in Jirau, Petros would buy the slice that Camargo Corrêa is selling. In Beautiful Monte’s Plant, the investment would be made together with CPFL, company that acts in the distribution and generation of energy and in the which Petros already has a participation.
Pinheiro discarded investments of Petros in the exterior. The new resolution of National Monetary Council (CMN) admits that the pension bottoms invest up to 10% of the patrimony in the exterior, besides elevating the limit of investments in variable income of the bottoms of pension of 50% for up to 70%.

Wagner Pinheiro referred to the attempt of the pension bottoms of they enlarge their investments for besides the fixed income.
