Valec Engenharia, Construções e Ferrovias, responsible for the North-South Railroad, announces the start of construction of the southern extension of the railroad, which links Ouro Verde, in Goias, to Estrela D’Oeste, in the State of São Paulo with total 680 km extension.
The president of the construction company, José Francisco das Neves, visits on this Thursday, day 13 in the morning, the municipalities of Ouro Verde, Goianira, Jandaia, Indiara, Santa Helena de Goiás, Quirinópolis and São Simão to monitor the work, which begins, he said, with the deforestation of sections.
