On Thursday, ANTT – Agência Nacional de Transportes Terrestres (National Ground Transportation Agency) authorized América Latina Logística Malha Paulista (ALL) to perform partial duplication works in the railway section between Boa Vista Velha and Evangelista de Souza yards in São Paulo.
“In case of declaration of reversibility of works by the grantor, the amount to be considered as regulatory investment should be limited to USD 189,796,231.45, and its expenditures shall be proved by the concessionaire in its informed journal entries,” says the decision
The company will have to inform to ANTT in monthly reports the progress of the project. The effectiveness of the agency’s decision depends on the delivery of environmental permits and reports about the adoption of measures to increase safety at crossings in sensitive areas, such as urban perimeters or environmental protection areas.
