SÃO PAULO – MRS Logística announced this Wednesday the
public distribution offering of debentures in the total value of R$ 500
million. The papers are not convertible into shares and correspond to the
seventh issuance of the company.
The sum, considering the supplementary offer of securities, may increase
in up to 28.66%, reaching R$ 643.3 million.
The public distribution, at first, will be of 500 thousand debentures,
in the term of up to six months or until March 31, 2015.

The net proceeds of the operation will be used fully for financing an
investment project in the transportation sector, which was considered as a
priority by the Ministry of Transport, as the company explains in a communication.
