It was held yesterday morning the first meeting of the secretary of Urban Development, Cícero Monteiro, with the team of Madrid Metro that will audit works in the metro, built by the City hall of Salvador. The CEO of the Transport Company of Salvador (CTS), Carlos Martins, and the chief of staff of Sedur, Eduardo Copello, also attending the meeting.
For two months, the consultants will work in the evaluation of works, facilities and trains, as well as suggest any adjustments that may be necessary. The team will work directly with the technicians of CTS and CPC, the concessionaire that won the bid of the Metro System. “Madrid Metro has extensive experience and will be our partner in this process,” said the secretary Cícero Monteiro. The work begins today with a first visit to Line 1.
